Lettuce Suspected, Severe Symptoms - Burger King, Glenrothes Scotland

Had this on Sunday, chicken with lettuce and chips. Severe diarrohea Monday Tuesday Wednesday, had to contact hospital and get 4 different medications. Severely dehydrated and lining of the stomach ruined. Blood in toilet and still not getting any better, cant stomach food or water.

Think it might be the lettuce as partner had nuggets and was fine so chicken mustve been fine. Either way - they need to learn how to prepare food properly. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloody Stool, Dehydration
