After eating a chicken mayo baguette around 1pm on Friday 22nd September, I started to feel nauseous at around 2.30pm. I started vomiting violently around 4.30pm. Had this on Sunday, chicken with lettuce and chips. Severe diarrohea Monday Tuesday Wednesday, had to contact hospital and get 4 different medications. Severely dehydrated and lining of the stomach ruined. Blood in toilet and still not getting any better, cant stomach food or water.
