BK Meal Causes Fainting - Burger King, Ashland Wisconsin

Today is 8/9/17 after work at around 6:30pm I went through the BK drive through and got a chicken rodeo burger and fries. That was all I had eaten since my lunch at 1:30 which was just left over chicken noodle soup. At 9:30pm tonight I was driving my niece and my son back to my place for the night and all of a sudden felt really sick and nauseous. I knew I either had to throw up or use the bathroom, I got progressively severely dizzy and was feeling like I was going to pass out. I had to make a detour to my grandmothers house which was four blocks away at that point. While walking to her door I fainted on the sidewalk and scared the crap out of my son and niece. Once I made it inside I was in the bathroom for quite some time ( diarrhea ) I know it's food poisoning from the BK I had aten for dinner. I don't want this to happen to anyone else so I'm looking online to find out the steps I need to take to report this. It was a very scary experience. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Dizziness
