Only me was the one who ate. It happened on Friday may 14, 2021 afternoon, Nausea and chills. It was the most horrible weekend, I almost die, I didn’t go to the hospital because I don’t have health insurance, but I had fever chills, nausea and vomit. I couldn’t sleep the whole night on Friday. And didn’t eat anything. That hamburger was the only food I ate that day, so it couldn’t be anything else but the burger and fries. I heard about another lady from Brentwood or central Islip she got her burger from central Islip location and she was worse than me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Fever
