I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal with french fries and a coke on 1/22 around 5:50PM. 5 hours later I had a painful stomach ache and diarrhea. I ate nothing else within that time. This came to a surprise to me because I never have diarrhea’s so I felt like I had to report this to keep other people safe. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
