Order a bacon cheeseburger and a Oreo shake. Right after eating I immediately felt sick as if I wanted to vomit. A few hours later is I started vomiting and having extreme fatigue and stomach pains. I later that day went to the doctors and I was there diagnosed with food poisoning, and bacteria in my stomach from the food that I consumed | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
