I went to order food early October on my way home. I received sh*t service as a dine in and had to ring up two orders because the cashier was not capable of listening due to short staff and multitasking. I received my food and left. I started giving the food to my family and we started eating. The onion rings were frozen and the Mayo was expired. The vegetables were stale and felt like plastic and the meat felt like it was going to fall apart. I then spent the rest of the day unable to eat and riddled with diarrhea. This went on for the weekend and I had to wait for the food to pass and for the poisoning to pass too. I already have stomach problems so this was a terrible experience. I’ve been trying to get my money back and no one knows how to answer the phone at this location. The manager is never there. I’ve been reaching out to customer service online who became completely incapable of resolving my problem. All I wanted was a refund. Apparently they can issue a refund for every kind of purchase EXECPT dine in. When really it was a carry out order. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I live in Sanford and I have noticed that many of the BK restaurants in the Orlando, Sanford and Central Florida area have gone way, way, downhill. There is absolutely no reason that you shouldn’t be able to call and speak to a manager or corporate office to get your issue resolved. Not only are they cheating people out of money for bad food, but they don’t even care or want to hear about it. These are not the BK restaurants I used to go to.
