Within 6 hours if eating a whopper with bacon and cheese I was vomiting with severe nausea. Followed by headache due to not being able to keep water or food down. That was the only change in my diet since I worked a double that day- was the sole reason for eating fast food. Date was 9-28-2019 | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
