- comments: observed 1/4' gap on bottom of right door and right corner of left door at exit #5. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed no hot water at left sink boys washroom near room 108. Observed missing cap on right sink girls second floor washroom. Instructed manager to provide.

- comments: observed missing floor drain cover in gilrs second floor washroom(south). Instructed manager to replace.
