October 11, 2021, I think romaine lettuce I ate a romaine salad for lunch and started to feel weird in my bowels at 5pm but it went away. Then I ate a can of Trader Joe’s vegetarian chili for dinner. By 2 am I was in excruciating pain in my upper abdomen and stomach that lasted for 6’hours with diarrhea and retching and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Nausea, Other, Stomach Pain
