Wings, Mac & Cheese Illness - Cafe clare,

Had the wings and Mac n cheese combo Friday February 27 2015. Roughly two hours later I was vomiting uncontrollably. I couldn't drink water, pedia lyte, Gatorade, and the diarrhea.....the chills.....I never typically report anything like this but my God. I don't know if it was the ranch I put on my wings, the wings themselves, or the macaroni and cheese, but my weekend was ruined. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
