Panini GI Upset Alert - Café Del Hidalgo- Ice Cream, St. Augustine Florida

We had paninis from there this weekend. My 3 year old ate half of a grilled cheese and tomato panini.
Later that night she woke up out of her sleep vomitting.

Our two friends who were with us and also ordered paninis also experienced gastrointestinal upset.

The food is decent but I do not believe they practice safe food handling techniques.

I tried to contact the café to alert them to the issue but no one seems to answer the phone. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
