Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea Suspected source: Found a very small, white, worm-like bug in my food from Cafe Rio. I think it came from the lettuce. My husband had a quesadilla with no lettuce and was not sick at all. Onset: 4 to 12 hours Duration: 12 to 24 hours Sick: 2 people Additional information: Stomach cramps then diarrhea. My exclusively breastfed 5 month old baby also had diarrhea on/off for 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
