I purchased a salad through the drive-through. The lettuce was soaking wet and soggy, but I ate what I could. I should have taken it back, but trusted it was fresh and safe. I got sick 24 hours later with severe vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
