I believe it happened back in or around February. It may be too long now for any action to be taken. I ordered both a salad and nachos with extra sweet pork. It tasted a little off but I still ate a decent amount of it. My partner only had a bite or two and ended up with a stomachache while I was up all night vomiting with chills. It was the only thing that could've possibly made me sick. I reported them to the health department and they had 13 infractions when I checked later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
