Ordered a cafe Rio grilled salad at 3 pm yesterday Cafe Rio grilled chicken salad from Layton Salad had everything on it including sour cream
I Ordered a grilled chicken salad with everything on it from door dash at around 3pm and started violently projectile vomiting with severe watery diarrhea at 9pm lasting until 4am non stop including stomach cramps and feeling freezing cold and feeling like I’m going to pass out. Not able to keep anything down | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
