08/31/2023, Cafe Rio in Saratoga Springs. I ordered 2 chicken enchilada and 1 shredded beef tostada. The chicken looked normal but the overall flavor of it was off. There was something wrong with it. It kind of tasted dry but also slimy. And I was concerned about the tostada and ate only a little before throwing it out. I ate one enchilada and threw out the other one. I order it through Door Dash. I started feeling sick the next day and have been going to the bathroom several times every hour for several days. I was hospitalized for dehydration. Labs came back as Campylobacter. It is day 7 now and I can eat a little and walk around a little and keep down some liquid. Stomach cramps were the worst I've ever had, but it's getting better. My job is putting me on short-term disability because I've missed so much work. Thanks a lot Cafe Rio. Please people don't order their delivery. I suspect they gave me old food that had been out all day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Dehydration, Vomiting
