Takeaway fish I got takeaway fish and chips at about 900pm as i asked for 2 piece fish deal which was wrong anyway got no potato cakes i went in and told them . they said sorry the lady got unandated by the busy orders and would make me some i said its ok then i pulled up the road to eat my fish and chips. Then drove 1 hour up the road and vomited it all up .got to where i was going woke up with smashing headache and went to work for one hour monday vomited went home and monday night diarrhoea and vomiting teusday morning so nauseous and lethargic bowel moment slightly better able to keep fliud down It happened Sunday night 14 feb 2021, | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
