The only item consumed today was cream of mushroom soup. About 30 mins to an hour later my wife became violently ill. Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, blurred vision, light headed chills, dry mouth. We do not know where did we get it as we have had it a while. It was either from our local Publix Super Market at Abernathy Square Shopping Center or Kroger Pharmacy Sandy Springs Pl NE, Atlanta, GA | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Blurry vision, Chills, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
