1 Campbell Place, Camden, 08103 New Jersey, United States
Almost 2 months ago we had some Campbell's soup, never had a problem here and there this new look can is unsafe. Got a grocery order from Kroger my son hates soup but went for it because I was tired. I made it during lunch I don't eat the chicken noodle soup, the chick roast one maybe but no issues with it... By the time I got off work he was delusional. I honestly considered if somehow he got drugs from the store because what's making him puke and act delusional. Vomit, and for whatever reason he hadn't slept come to find out in 2 days we both have bad insomnia but I didn't know he was having issues like that(Nope, I don't do drugs been the only one in my family since a kid up for hours while others slept I struggled never was addressed.) so I take what he ate which was the soup, I gave him a Benadryl ( earlier the day due to his allergies.) I took the can to the hospital and they didn't test it but said it was probably something he ate and then the Benadryl which was rare... I chalked it up although I wondered because never has he had an issue with Benadryl... Tests normal, but something from that store may have been expired I chalked it up that no foods out that store closed drinks or better yet leave it all alone. Wednesday I get a feeling and hope I'm wrong I didn't feel like making dinner I still have 2 cans of chicken soup and well the chick roast soup was just fine( I also don't know if it wass Campbell's brand or Kroger's) no issues perfectly fine. Now, I do feel bad but I just needed to know would this soul be the actual issue ... I make the soup per the instructions. He protested said it was nasty and tastes like tuna date of expiration 2025... I get off from work he went from normal to laying in the bed in throw up on the floor and all. He hadn't eaten because he felt terrible from... The freaking Campbell's chicken noodle soup. Puke everywhere, slimy which was weird and disgusting. Greenish, like what on earth. Give him Pepto it's not helping. I had him shower and get off the couch into the guest/ home office. I'm sadly a light sleeper he comes in my room 3 ish a.m ( currently 4:12a.m) sits on my bed i asks whats wrong he doesn't feel good still and before i could get him out my room to the bathroom he pukes and falls on the floor. Now, he doesn't even walk on the floor barefoot or put his shoes on the rugs the the bathroom so him on the floor is serious. I was a little upset seeing this and lo and behold throw up in his room again that's trying to dry out.. brand new mattresses ruined slimy vomit its vert unreal... He's 14, home schools so I'm trying to hold it in and keep in mind this is a kid, my kid and he's to the table. I fix him dry toast a little water and try the Pepto tablets again a little water he fixed. He's laying his head on the table waiting for a change of clothes. I go into the 3rd room I was shocked and livid. Slimy vomit. I knew without a doubt it was that canned soup, he's doing the same thing minus the Benadryl. I feel bad that I went against gut for this diabolical poisonous crap. I've cleaned up most I just can't get fully under the bed until in the morning, I made him a throw up bucket that at least 30 mins ago he was puking. I would never buy Campbell's soup, something is not right with this batch that came from Kroger's which I opened a complaint with and I do plan on contacting them later today this is insane. I got one more can of this crap left and I'm certainly NOT eating it or feeding it to anyone. I encourage everyone to stay away from at least the (new look) home style chicken noodle soup. It's disappointing because never ever have we had issues. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
