So I always eat a bowl of cap n crunch, and last night i ate some, and this morning at 6am i wake up to my stomach hurting bad i thought oh maybe i just need to poop, and it wasn’t just any type of poop it was diarrhea, so i came back after that and my stomach was still hurting, so i layed down for a little bit and i started to feel like i needed to throw up, so i ran to the restroom and as soon i opened the door i start throwing up, some of it got in my hair, and on the floor, cleaning it up was the worst, but i just wanted to share my story because this is really strange, like i always eat cap n crunch cereal and all of a sudden i just threw up. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
