I ate Cap’n Crunch oops all berries and about an hour later I started getting nauseous then abdominal pain and cramping then soon after that diarrhea, that lasted a few hours I could not leave the house and I didn’t start feeling better until the next day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
