Italian-Sushi Meal Illness - Cape Town, Cape Town Western Cape

Lunch at an Italian restaurant in Constantia, dinner sushi from Chinese take away in Claremont, bottled water, glass of wine. Became very I’ll at about 10pm until 8 am the next morning, vomiting and diarrhoea , cold sweats, shortness of breath, heart palpitations. Not sure what caused it, can be one or a number. Be safe | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Shortness of Breath, Sweating
