I used to go to this sandwich shop many times, until May 10, when I started having a strange fullness of the stomach, which I thought nothing of because I always felt full after eating a cold cut Italian sub. The next day, I woke up, suddenly having to throw up, twice, and experiencing watery diarrhea later. I had chills and a headache, which has so far lasted for 3 days now. If my symptoms aren't gone within a week, I may have to go to the hospital. I trusted this place, and this is what it has become? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
