Me and my brother got food poisoning from the wawa mac and cheese. At first it was just him who threw up, however later while I was lying in bed I started getting extreme stomach pains and had to rush to a garbage can. My brother has also woke up to stomach pain and still needed to vomit  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate a salad at home made with romaine I bought at Sam’s The lettuce was from Taylor farms. 6 hours later, I had terrible diarrhea and vomiting for 4 hours. I actually lost 3 pounds. I threw the other 5 heads in the garbage. It was horrible. Do not know the lot # but I kept the bag.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
