Captain Crunch Birthday Cake Cereal

Diarrhea, nausea, cramping, dizziness began two hours after eating single bowl of Captain Crunch Birthday Cake flavor. No other food consumed, had not eaten out the night prior, only food I had that could have caused the illness. Pretty much glued to the toilet once or twice an hour for a few hours now. Bowel movements were (and sadly, still are) yellow and green. It's now been about 6 hours since I ate it, and the nausea and diarrhea has not stopped. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness
