Yesterday Captain crunch peanut butter cereal Technically I could have also vomited as I felt like I wanted to, but because vomiting terrifies me I did what I could to not vomit. My body also felt very weak. I ended up sleeping off all the symptoms and I am a lot better now than I was all day yesterday. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Weakness
