Ordered fish , fries , coleslaw, hushpuppies little after I started to feel sick started with stomach pain, then a headache, then chills , then vomiting, then the diarrhea. I couldn’t bare any longer so I went to the hospital. Captain ds is treating this matter as if it’s not important and they don’t care | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
