Food Safety Report: Carbone, ARIA Resort & Casino, Las Vegas Freeway, Las Vegas, NV, USA

2 months ago reported by user-nzgmg597 business

Carbone, ARIA Resort & Casino, Las Vegas Freeway, Las Vegas, NV, USA

3730 Las Vegas Freeway, Las Vegas, 89109 Nevada, United States

My husband and I dined at Carbone in Las Vegas on the evening of Tuesday, July 9th and came down with a foodborne illness the next day. We shared our meal, and had the Caesar Salad, Vodka Pasta and Chicken Massimo. We started feeling ill within a few hours, and the next day had the exact same symptoms (nausea, severe diarrhea and vomiting) causing us to stay in bed all day. This resulted in a loss of an entire day of vacation, lost money on activities and show tickets that had been pre-paid, etc. I notified the restaurant and never heard back. Consider this your warning, I do NOT recommend dining at any Carbone location! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Gas
