Went around 3 am to get a chicken sandwich & some fries. Then i started getting pain in my stomach when I woke up. Around 2 pm the vomiting started & it still hasn’t stopped ! I had to call off work & im just in bed throwing up all the food & now all the fluids I keep drinking. I can’t keep anything down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
