I ate a lettuce wrapped 1/2 lb. 6 dollar burger with no mayo or ketchup at 11:30 AM on June 20, 2018. By 2:30pm I was experiencing severe nausea. At 3:30 pm I was having chills and my skin felt like pins and needles. At around 6:00pm I was vomiting/dry heaving, afterward my fever broke. I sleep until 2:00 pm on June 21, 2018, but still feel puny. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
