Yesterday early afternoon i ate a big carl burger, fries and chicken tenders. Later on i felt a bit sick and had a sleep, i woke up with a fever/chills, vomiting with bad bile, uncontrollable diarrhoea and body pain. Initially i didn't think it would be from Carl's Jr however i didn't eat anything at all besides that. Today i have the same symptoms along with weakness and the feeling of passing out, out of breathe. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Weakness, Bile
