Fried Zucchini Illness - Carl's Jr, Beaverton Oregon

Last Friday 5/7 in the afternoon I purchased a small kids cheeseburger with bacon & a side of fried zucchini. The hmbgr was fine. However, after having 3-4 of the fried zucchini, they seemed weird, so I pulled one apart & the fried zucchini was cooked on outside but was gummy & slimy on insideI I only had 3 with the ranch dressing until I figured out what the problem was was. Obviously I could not eat the rest! Later that evening & throughout the next 24 hours I had violent episodes of cramping, stomach aches & then terrible diarrhea & vomiting continuously! The next morning my husband called the hospital & they suggested I come in. I stuck it out & got through it finally, but really set me back. Other 3 members of household did not get sick at all & did not eat at here. Worse thing I’ve ever had to go through!!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
