Last Friday 5/7 in the afternoon I purchased a small kids cheeseburger with bacon & a side of fried zucchini. The hmbgr was fine. However, after having 3-4 of the fried zucchini, they seemed weird, so I pulled one apart & the fried zucchini was cooked on... See More outside but was gummy & slimy on insideI I only had 3 with the ranch dressing until I figured out what the problem was was. Obviously I could not eat the rest! Later that evening & throughout the next 24 hours I had violent episodes of cramping, stomach aches & then terrible diarrhea & vomiting continuously! The next morning my husband called the hospital & they suggested I come in. I stuck it out & got through it finally, but really set me back. Went by myself to the restaurant about 4:30pm on Friday the 27th. Ordered green tea to drink, deep fried zucchini sticks, a lamb gyro with tzatziki sauce, white onion, and tomato, and a small Greek salad comprised of tomato, cucumber, green pepper, kalamata olives, olive oil, and... See More feta cheese. The veggie based dishes were fine but the first bite of the gyro I took felt off somehow and though I took a few more bites I was hesitant about eating it because it felt wrong. Left about 5:30pm and went home. Symptoms started manifesting around 7:45 pm with nausea, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. Vomiting began sometime around 9. Symptoms persisted throughout the night, vomiting subsided around 3:45am 12/28 but diarrhea continued along with a headache from violent vomiting and dehydration, hot and cold flashes, and achy joints. Diarrhea finally fully subsided around 5pm 12/28, remained fatigued until about 4pm 12/29. I assume it was due to the gyro because that was the only dish I ordered that gave me bad vibes once I had a bit and the meat looked VERY pink as I was mopping up vomit and disposing of the regurgitated food bits, everything else had been perfectly fine (but got thrown up anyway). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Dehydration, Headache, Fatigue See Less
