    Product: Green pepper

We ordered 2 footlong subs on August 4, 2022, one grilled chicken teriyaki with multi grain bun and one grilled chicken with garlic aioli on an Italian herbs and cheese bun. Both sandwiches were toasted and had lettuce, tomato, red onion, green pepper, black olives and black... See More pepper added. The garlic aioli sandwich also had parmesan cheese. The grilled chicken on the garlic aioli sandwich was one big piece of chicken and not sliced in pieces like the chicken teriyaki sandwich. I ate half the garlic aioli sandwich and within a few hours, started to feel very nauseous and queasy with stomach cramps on and off. Today, almost 24 hours after eating it, had more stomach cramps, then bad diarrhea. I'm still feeling unwell with nausea and just had diarrhea again, and I believe the sandwich made me sick. I didn't eat the other half of the sandwich and it's still sitting in the fridge waiting to be thrown away. My husband ate his whole sandwich yesterday and didn't have any problem. It was either the bun, parmesan, garlic aioli, or chicken on my sandwich that was the problem. My chicken didn't taste so great; it had a weird texture and tasted like something you'd get from an old school nasty tv dinner. There were all new employees working on the day we ordered and I'm guessing they need trained on cleanliness and sanitary processes. Health department needs to investigate this restaurant to find out what happened. There was a power outage in the area earlier in the day, so maybe product was out of proper refrigeration temps. Not sure why this happened, but this is unacceptable for a big company franchisee. I won't ever eat at this place again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps See Less

I ordered a turkey on Italian bread with cucumbers, lettuce, olives, jalapeños, green peppers, American cheese, mayo, vinegar, and oil. This is what I get at any of their locations I got to, but after I started eating this at around 11:30am/12pm my stomach started getting sour.... See More The pain continued all the way home (in NWI) from work in Elkhart (was working at the cvs on the same strip mall), now it’s 6pm and I’ve used the bathroom around 9 times since being back. I forced myself to eat something else and that still didn’t help. I’ve probably drank over 8 water bottles since I got home and I still feel dehydrated. I wasn’t dehydrated before I ate their, because I drink water religiously every hour. This dehydrated feeling is making me want to pass out, but my stomach is also killing me making me feel like I need to puke. I don’t know what went wrong after eating their food, but it sucks and I pray it isn’t food poisoning or something:( I’ve also tried Tums, acid reflux medicine, and ibuprofen to see if it was just an acid reflux issue but that isn’t the case. This was also the only meal I had eaten, besides a granola bar at 5am and 9:30am (they were the same granola bars and I’ve eaten these before too) that’s how I knew it was the sandwich I ate. I don’t know what I did with the receipt, but I screenshot the pending purchase on my Chase account and attached that. Also, the sandwich is at the bottom of the garbage and couldn’t dig it out with stuff all on it. The customer service was great there, I even tipped them because they were fast and nice. The sandwich itself was the only issue, I just wanted to make that clear. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dehydration See Less

My husband ordered a large pan pizza with pepperoni and 4 slices veggie only along with breadsticks. I ate a slice of veggie(green peppers and onion) my daughter and husband ate the meat. I felt a bit off afterwards but shrugged it off to fast food and... See More proceeded to workout. A typical 30 min workout took me an hour as I felt that bad. Since Thursday June 30 to present, July 4, I have not eaten and drank minimal water. I have had diarrhea the entire time, horrible headache, sweating profusely and almost passed out in the shower as if I had some sort of attack where I felt tingling in my stomach and then spread all over to the point I had trouble breathing and had to sit in shower, afraid I would pass out. As I am writing now, my stomach is still feeling off and I’ve taken pepto and water with electrolytes. This is day 4! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Sweating See Less
