Didn’t eat anything for breakfast today and my only meal was a subway sandwhich at the sunnyside mall location at around 1pm. It was a cold cut combo with spinach lettuce cucumbers mayo honey mustard and green pepper. On classic Italian bread.

Within an hour I started to feel a little sick and ended up leaving work early (3pm). When I got home I felt incredibly sick and from around 6pm on I was vomiting uncontrollably. I’m writing this at 2am and still experiencing symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
