MG Foods-Compass Group has initiated a voluntary recall of its Spicy Breakfast Burrito due to the presence of small hard plastic fragments. The product was distributed in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin in the United States.

The recalled product is:
- Spicy Breakfast Burrito (10 oz)
- Containing scrambled eggs, salsa, potatoes, jalapenos, cheddar, green pepper, and onion.
- It has a UPC code of 1 00001-00029 7
- Fresh thru dates of 1/21/26, 1/22/26, 1/25/26, 1/26/26, and 1/27/26.
- A total of 3,099 units are affected.

The issue was discovered internally, leading to a Class II recall initiated on January 13, 2026, with the classification date on February 11, 2026. The recall is ongoing.
