My family and I stopped by Carls Jr to grab dinner. The fries were old and cold asked the manager for fresh ones he said they are fresh. The bathrooms were disgusting. The men’s restroom was the worst. The one toilet was clogged, the urinal, was full of urine and the women’s restroom didn’t have toilet paper. I asked the manager for some toilet paper he said he couldn’t get some. The cooks messed up my order 2 times and the meat on my sandwich was pink. I asked for a refund and the manager refused. I now have a lot of stomach pains, migraines, upset stomach etc. They weren’t even busy. They were just standing around and talking. Tables and the lobby weren’t even cleaned. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Migraine
