Fettuccine and Ribs Illness - Carmine's Rosemont, Rosemont Illinois

Ate at Carmine's after picking girlfriend up on the 24th of February early lunch just after opening, I had,,, I had alfredo fettuccine, and sausage with red peppers. My girlfriend had short ribs and polenta. By wee hours of Saturday morning a.m. we were both violently throwing up diarrhea for 2 days, and still nausea and headaches. Timing could not have been worse I just laid my mother to rest this morning and what it took me to be able to go to her services, considering it's a part of rosebud I thought you would be safe I would highly not recommend eating here Not sure we shared both plates still sick today coming over the end but still sick Rosemont Illinois location got kicked out before I put in location | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Headache, Vomiting
