On Saturday June 17 visited Carrabba's at approximately between 4 and 5 pm. I ordered from the appetizers listing fried Calamari and chicken wings. Approximately 8 hours later diarrhea became constant with nausea. Treated myself with over the counter medicines, which didn't work and the following day went to Abrazo ER whereby symptoms continued. The next day preceded to the Abrazo Campus Hospital where treatments began, the most important being the pumping of the toxics from my stomach. Stayed in hospital for 2 plus days and then released to home care. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
