- comments: observed the faucet in the 1st fl girls washroom not operating properly. Instructed manager that the water must stay on for at least 20 seconds for proper hand washing.

- comments: observed the one of the outside garbage dumpster lid in poor repair(broken). Must repair to prevent easy access to possible food soucre. Must repair and maintain. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed the wall behind the serving line with peeling paint. Must remove paint chips and repaint with non-toxic paint.
