I ate the greens and grains bowl on Wednesday night. Thursday I had several bowel movements, when normally I am always constipated, so this was different for me. Thursday night I had terrible stomach cramps and gas. Friday I was still having bowel movements throughout the day. By Friday night (last night) it finally turned into diarrhea. Today I’ve had diarrhea all day and stomach cramps and just feel terrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Gas
