I ate the greens and grains bowl on Wednesday night. Thursday I had several bowel movements, when normally I am always constipated, so this was different for me. Thursday night I had terrible stomach cramps and gas. Friday I was still having bowel movements throughout the day. By Friday night (last night) it finally turned into diarrhea.
