As I was eating my new cava bowl, I was smelling the seasonings and spices and they started to hurt my head. I put down the food because of smell and tried to blow my nose to get rid of the spices. However, the next morning I woke up with a headache that only increased in pain as the day went on. I tried taking a nap to get rid of the headache but I woke up still feeling sick but this time nauseas. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
