Twice from various meals.
The food quality here has constantly been degrading and what they are feeding seniors here is more like dog food, cafeteria scrapings and prison food is probably more nutritious and appealing by comparison.

It is more like a pro-cancer diet with mostly processed meats, (with lots of gravy to try to make up for the bland flavor), canned vegetables and fruits, as well as very small portions and things like a small cup of iceberg lettuce, (which is not very nutritious) as opposed the healthy salads with many ingredients and green leafy vegetables.

The tip of the iceberg is that I have had food poisoning twice now. I can't eat this food anymore. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
