Report date: Jan 30, 202410. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: 5-202. 12(a) observed the pre-k room 107 toilet room hand washing sink at an inadequate hot water temperature of 70f during the inspection. Instructed to maintain 100f at all hand washing sinks at all times. By the inspection's end, the engineer adjusted the water temperature, and the hot water was maintained at 100f. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of pest activity on site. Observed about 30 rodent droppings in the two closets located in the student cafeteria area. Observed about 20 rodent droppings under the pre-k classroom hand washing sink in room 107 and about 10 rodent droppings under the pre-k classroom 109. Observed about 10 live ants in pre-k room 107 crawling along the walls and by the doorway and about 10 live ants crawling along the wall behind a small trash can. Instructed to eliminate rodent and insect activity, clean and sanitize affected areas, and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).
