10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: 5-202. 12(a) observed no hot water provided at the hand washing sink in the 2nd floor girls' washroom in the new building. The water temperature at the hand washing sink was at 58f. Management instructed to provide hot water above 100f at all hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c).

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: 6-501. 111 observed evidence of pest activity in the classrooms. Observed 10 mouse droppings in the bottom shelf of the wooden art cabinet in room 107. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity from the building. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).
