- comments: observed approx. 100 mouse droppings in the annex building in closet 411a on the floor and in the storage cabinets, on boxes of stock and plastic food trays in the dry storage cage, and in room 402 in the standup metal storage cabinet and the cabinet underneath the hand washing sink. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a).
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: no covered waste receptacle was provided in washroom room 418. Management instructed to provide covered waste receptacles in all female and all gender washrooms.
61. Summary report displayed and visible to the public
- comments: no inspection summary report was displayed in public view in the annex lunchroom. Management was given a copy of today's inspection summary report and was instructed to post it in public view. Priority foundation violation 7-42-010(b).
