Ordered fries last night, the older woman with gray hair at the drive-thru explained to my partner and I that she was being “bombarded with orders” and “needed to make more food because people want to keep ordering”. It was no problem, we waited about 15 minutes in line with no one in front of us, but felt bad for how busy she was. Once she gave us our food , the fries I ordered were noticeably very greasy, with layer of liquid over top of it, and not in a way that looked normal for Checker’s. After eating maybe just a couple, I began to notice how cold and soggy the fries actually were, and I feel it is a safe assumption to make that the older woman working the drive through took older fries and poured grease over them and served them to myself and the other customers waiting. This would make sense considering that she kept complaining about not having enough food. Anyway, after only eating a few, my partner and I arrived home and the symptoms I faced were some of the worst food poisoning symptoms yet. My stomach pain was so intense it brought me to tears, It is now a day after and the pain is still VERY persistent. Had symptoms like diarrhea all night and couldn’t stop projectile vomiting. Chills and a headache came next, and as I sit in bed in misery almost a full day later, I am still dealing with these symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
