About 2 hours after having the cereal, I had bad stomach cramps and suddenly almost uncontrollable green, watery diarrhea. It went away after 2 days and then happened again the next time I ate the cereal. It was the heart-shaped edition of the original Cheerios. The best by date is 23 Jan 2023.
