I eat Cinnamon Cheerios and Chex every day because they are gluten free. About 2 weeks ago I had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea . I actually checked the cereals to see if they had changed. I went to the doctor. They ran numerous tests that all came back negative. I stopped eating the cereals for about a week and it got better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
